授業形態 対面授業
授業の形態 As this is classroom study, students should be in class before the teacher.

Blackboard ID: 20221567
Blackboard ID 20231541
授業概要 Students should consider this course as a confidence builder. Those taking this course will be
expected to express their own opinions and ideas based on a broad range of topics and processes.
Using one's own knowledge and expressing ones own ideas and opinions is the only way to
progress towards fluency in any language.
授業のねらい・到達目標 The four skills (reading-writing-listening-speaking) will be practiced within general themes which
will include random explanation of processes etc., written reports, Logic quizzes, grammar practice
and PowerPoint presentations made in English. Sufficient time will be allowed to complete the presentation.

By the end of the course, students will have developed a better understanding of unwritten processes
involved in learning as not everything can be learnt from text-books. In this respect, students must
use all their interactive - unconscious logical and inquisitive skills to further increase knowledge.

Students should not worry about their English ability levels nor should they worry about making mistakes
as making mistakes is an important part of any learning process.
授業の形式 講義
授業の方法 Class: 【Lecture】 Students will be expected to consider a variety of topics and themes and display
a certain degree of understanding. Various exercises will require vocal responses such as oral
presentations using PowerPoint. However, students are not expected to be native English speaker
level speakers. Mistakes and such are expected and will be allowed for. Students enrolled in this
course are not native English speakers and therefore, nobody expects individual students to have
perfect English or to submit perfect English reports. However, students will be expected to do their best.

As stated before: Mistakes are good. They assist all learning processes.
