| 授業概要 | There will be PowerPoint files uploaded by the teacher. The files will feature an audio track recording to guide the students through the lesson. The lessons will often but always coincide with the assigned textbook. We will use the Blackboard. I will post the lessons every week. They should take about roughly 90 minutes to complete, the same as a regular in-class lesson. |
| 授業のねらい・到達目標 | The goals of this class are to help students engage in higher level, modern day discussions that go a step beyond basic everyday niceties. Students will be able to give their opinions with confidence and with the evidence and facts to support their beliefs. | 授業の方法 | The style of this class is serious conversation with a focus fun and in-class interaction. Students will be required to speak with other students as well as the teacher in English. People who do not want to speak 100% English for 90 minutes may find this class difficult. This class traditionally has very keen and internationally minded students. |
