授業テーマ	Increase ability to speak in English more fluently and confidently.
授業のねらい・到達目標	To help students gain confidence in speaking and listening to English.
授業の方法	Students will speak together in pairs or in small groups, and there will be some whole class activities. There will also be some listening and grammar exercises. The topics are related to everyday conversation.
履修条件	For students of the English Department only
事前学修・事後学修，授業計画コメント	Students must be prepared to do some homework. Also, to buy the textbook. A good dictionary is also necessary.

成績評価の方法及び基準	平常点(40%)、レポート(30%)、Presentations (30%) Students who are frequently absent or late will not receive credit for this course. Nor will students who constantly speak in Japanese in class.
オフィスアワー	Mondays 2.20pm - 2.40 pm in the part-time teachers or by special appointment.
備考	Please try not to be shy. The more you speak in English in class the better you will become.
